2.3 Account Security
It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account credentials confidential. Passwords or login details must not be shared with anyone else. If any unusual activity is noticed on the account, contact customer support immediately.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the 9777bd platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Payments are sent via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement 15x). Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200 — before withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- A member may not claim the same promotional offer more than once unless the terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as a punishable offence.
- If bonus terms are violated, 9777bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- All bonus offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
4.3 Other Promotional Offers
9777bd runs various promotional offers for regular members, such as weekly reload rewards, cricket festival bonuses, Friday slots fun, and birthday rewards. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offers page.
5. VIP Membership
9777bd's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week and is credited to the member's account regularly. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on activity on the platform — management determines the tier at the appropriate time.
